ICS Modular Belting

Plastic modular, straight running and radius belting for food and packaging applications.

This belt is ideal for most general food and packaging application, USDA approved materials. Applications:Meat, Poultry, Fish, Metal Detectors, Cheese Machines, General Packaging and many more.

This belt has been developed for the Cheese Industry for drainage of Whey from the Curd. USDA approved materials.

Gravity and Driven Roller Conveyors

Powered Gate

The gate allows pedestrian access through conveyors lines. As the gate lifts up, the drive on the gate disengages.

Policeman, Merge and Oscillator

The merge as shown in the below picture is a low friction transfer. The oscillator angles the rollers so the product runs straight on the second conveyor. The policeman stops collisions. Operated by carton pressure only.

Accelerator

The accelerator speeds up a series of rollers to create a gap between cartons.

Chain Transfer

The chain transfer is used to transfer product onto another conveyor line at 90°.

Rollover Stop

The rollover stop is a physical stop that comes up between the rollers to stop the product. They can be air operated or by a mechanical handle.

Linebrake

A linebrake brakes a series of rollers to lower accumulation pressure, or creates gaps between products
